ravine-oryx provides custom photo book design and production services. We transform your digital photographs into professionally designed, printed, and bound photo books. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of ravine-oryx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Photos and content you submit must not contain:

Order Process and Payment

When you place an order:

You will receive confirmation of your order via email
Payment is required before production begins
Prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Revisions and Approval

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Once you approve the final design, production begins and further changes cannot be accommodated. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approval.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload. We will notify you of any significant delays. Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

Returns are only accepted for defective products or errors on our part
Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery
Defective products will be reprinted at no cost
Color variations within industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects
Minor variations from digital proofs due to printing processes are not grounds for refund

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before design work begins for a full refund. Once design work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ravine-oryx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
We are not responsible for loss or corruption of your original files
We recommend maintaining backup copies of all photos you submit

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected immediately
Our website is free from viruses or harmful components

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ravine-oryx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Data Retention

We archive completed project files to enable future duplicate orders. You may request deletion of your files at any time, but this will prevent future duplicate orders. We are not responsible for recreating deleted projects.

Governing Law
