Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I send?
We recommend sending your complete collection from the trip. Most clients send between 200-500 images, from which we curate the strongest narrative. Don't worry about pre-selecting, our designers are trained to identify compelling images you might overlook.
What file formats do you accept?
We work with JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and RAW formats. Higher resolution files yield better print quality, but we can work with smartphone photos as well. We'll let you know if any images fall below our quality threshold.
Can I make changes after seeing the initial design?
Absolutely. Each service includes at least one revision round. For the Epic Odyssey package, you receive two revision opportunities. Additional revision rounds can be added for a fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with full insurance and tracking. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Typical international delivery is 7-10 business days beyond production time.
Can I order additional copies later?
Yes. We archive all project files, so you can order duplicate copies at any time. Duplicate pricing is typically 40-50% of the original service cost since design work is already complete.
What if I have photos from multiple devices?
No problem. Our upload system allows you to send photos in batches from different sources. We'll organize and deduplicate everything on our end.
